Making A Claim

Nobody wants to have to make a claim, but sometimes the worst does happen. We are always happy to assist in resolving issues with claims, however claims are handled by the insurer. You need to notify your insurer of any claim, or an event that might lead to a claim.

We have listed the main claims contact numbers for each of our insurers, though overseas numbers and specific phone numbers are available for some insurers. All claims phone numbers are in your policy documentation, together with details of how to make a claim.

Your name and company details. Your policy number - this can be found on your certificate of insurance or policy schedule

Insured contact details: Name and phone number

Claimant details: Name, contact details, date of birth, employer details (if different from policy)

Incident details: Date, time, place, how it occurred, names of witnesses and people involved

Injury details: Contact details of injured party, nature of injury, hospital details (if applicable) and date returned to work

Public Liability / Products Liability Property Damage: damage to property and estimated cost of repairs
